Kai is the reason I haven’t cancelled my membership. Also, great customer service both on the phone and in the lounge area.

Ava asked about my areas of concern and responded with a massage that met the needs expressed.

Mira was excellent in booking my appointment. VERY friendly and found me an appointment that same day for a back issue. Love is my massage therapist soulmate! She eased the ache in my back and gave me the best massage of my life (and I get them monthly!). She's my new go-to girl for massages now. I truly loved her.

Abby performed my facial exactly how I like it done. She took her time and for once I didn’t feel rushed. She was knowledgeable about the upgrade services and took into consideration I had multiple packages on my account so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for my service. She had all my needs addressed and wasn’t pushy at all. I

The constant changes. Been there a long time, rates have changed a few times but now there seem to be more restrictions. Can't put on hold without a fee, can't do every other month payments, promotional gift cards expired after the covid situation. Corporate doesn't seem to care about the customers and the situation with the pandemic. Seems like we are getting cheated our of our money. Lovedy therapist, only reason I would even think of keeping my membership. My mom and sister used to be members, they canceled for the same reasons. Used to all go get massages together for bdays and holidays. Not anymore.

I signed a contract for dollar amount for massage and now you want to up the amount.
