My massage therapist was phenomenal. I feel like she took the time to listen to my requests and implement them very well. One of the better massages I received!

Please do something about how hot it is in that lobby all the time. Thankfully the massage room was a cooler temp. Mike did a great job. Layla’s room in the past was so hot and I had to have a fan running continually to make it through the massage. I get claustrophobic when being too hot. She had a broken fan and then found another. She was great but each time that room was ridiculously hot. If it is about guest comfort and there are so many back to back massages it should not feel like a sweat lodge when you are the next guest so please address ventilation. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly. Staff listen to what is going on and focus on the troubles areas. All staff seem to care how you feel and want to make sure that the service is the best it can be. Staff do not try to push getting more services or extra products if you wouldn't like them, but do make sure that you don't.

It was a great experience I usually don't do Google reviews but the service was so phenomenal that I did and can't wait to return

Vanessa is AMAZING. The first time I saw her I explained what I wanted out of the massage, and even though I saw her more than a month later, she remembered everything! I never had to tell her to adjust pressure, she spent the right amount of time on each area, and I LOVE the peppermint oil she uses. Even though I was on call so needed to keep my phone on loud, she did not seem upset at all that it rang a few times during our appointment. She also started right on time and used the full time. She is awesome.

Mike was very good. He listened to my priority areas and focused on them. Mike also provided a very good foot massage which was a great surprise. Thanks Mike!!!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. The environment was so calming. I was so pleased with my results after my facial. My skin has never felt better!
