Everything about it is great except for the process of confirming appointments. I get multiple texts asking me to confirm, and then in addition, at least one email asking me to confirm the same appointment.

The therapist took my input of trouble areas, left shoulder and lower back, and tailored the massage to spend more time on those particular areas. The pressure that she applied was very firm but appropriate. She was very clear in explaining what I needed to do (move arms, etc) since I was a novice at receiving a massage.

I really like my Hand & Stone experience. The key is to find a therapist that suits your individual style and then be loyal to that therapist. I've had good-better-best experiences and its a worthwhile exercise to keep trying different therapists until you find the right one for you.

I enjoyed my facial and the tlc given by Jolynn.

I love the variety of services and add-ons to use packages that are pre-purchased on a monthly basis. My favorite is the Himalayan hot stone massage. The evening hours make it much easier to fit in some pampering.

My massage experience tainted the facial experience. If I’d just gotten a facial, I’d have given high marks and high likelihood of referral.

Massage therapist was fabulous! Perfect pressure.

The receptionists were friendly when I came in and I didn't have to wait long for my massage therapist to come get me. I probably would have been happier with more pressure, but I also could have said something in the middle of the session. I didn't love how pushy the receptionists were at the end to buy the membership. I don't like getting memberships anywhere and didn't appreciate feeling like I was being pressured to do so and then questioned why I didn't want to.

Best massage place, Cami and Vanessa are the best!! I’ve been coming for about a year. They remember what you need and do what they think is best!

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I and it was such a good idea! When I called the lady was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and didn’t make it complicated, I didn’t know how to tip and she gave an honest answer about how people typically tip the masseuse. When we got there the 2 ladies were very friendly and didn’t ask a lot of questions (which I prefer) I like the medium to hard pressure and that’s exactly what I got, it wasn’t rough to where it hurt but she was slow and put enough pressure and I felt another level of relaxation! The whole experience was amazing, after we got changed back into our clothes one of the ladies greeted us outside the door with water and asked how everything was. Everyone was friendly and I felt so comfortable. I would come back anytime, when I put highly satisfied, I meant it!
