Hand and Stone

Detailed explanation of what products to use based on my skin type. The transparency of the aesthetician of how much the LED therapy would cost and how much I might lose or otherwise use for additional coverage. No one has ever taken the time to explain this to me before. Also, I do love the care and attention to details of my aesthetician, Miriam. However, I do want to pass this along- It will be nice to knock before re-entering after client has undressed to comfort level. Also, it will be nice to always inform client when facial experience is completed before exiting the room. (Those 2 aforementioned didn't happen with my aesthetician on 2/10/24. Again, it was an overall great experience. I will gladly schedule with Miriam again for my facial appointments in the future.

Over all I am very satisfied with Hand and Stone. Loved last massage therapist I had (Kai). I also really like one of the estheticians Karina. She makes it a bit easier to give up a massage for a facial

I came in with shoulder pain from an injury. I always feel better following a massage but after the deep tissue massage from Sarah I slept pain free for the first time in months. Excellent experience

Easy at booking appointments. Clean and welcoming reception area. Most importantly that Sara is so fantastic and was able to relieve the troubled areas.

My therapist was very attentive to my body issues. She was knowledgeable and shared input when I ask for her opinions. Music would have been welcome but not a dealer breaker.

My skin was dull, feeling dry and had some irritation when I walked in but it looked and felt so good after my facial. The spf product recommended feels great and the extra moisturizer is a plus. My skin is happy again!

The woman who scheduled my appointment on the phone was the same woman who greeted me at the front desk. She was friendly and fantastic at her job. My esthetician was Miriam. She was very knowledgeable and fantastic at her job too.
