I am a physician with a busy schedule. I had to cancel my membership in Plymouth because I moved and wasn’t able to use up my package on time. Maple Grove asked Plymouth to ‘Unexpire’ the package so I could use them this weekend and the Plymouth office refused. As a physician working in the midst of this pandemic, I genuinely don’t have a lot of time off to go to the spa, but I would appreciate the opportunity to still redeem the packages I’ve already paid for.

Cami works the areas that need working intensely and efficiently. The receptionists are all very friendly. Appointments are easy to make in advance.

Cami is a great therapist. She is very knowledgable with the body. The music could be more spa like with water/forest sounds combined with music. The linens could be better quality also.

I have had a membership for awhile now and love it. It is a very nice place and I enjoy my many visits.

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage. I was very satisfied with my therapist. My husband’s therapist wasn’t very skilled. I called and the receptionist scheduled another massage for my husband saying that Hand&Stone will compensate me for the last massage. I am very satisfied by the professionalism of the receptionist and how she fixed the issue. I will definitely be coming back to this location from now on. Thank you!
