This spa is high end and the staff is wonderful. My massage therapist Ashley was awesome. Emily took care of me from the minute I arrived. Glad to have you reopened.😊😊😊😊

We have memberships here and consistently have warm, professional interactions with the staff as well as excellent massages. Neither of our massage therapists has returned to work yet since the spa reopened, yet we had excellent massages from the new (to us) therapists.

The therapist, Layla, was new to me, but she was very competent and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to come in now. She explained the importance of making this a safe as well as relaxing experience for me. She adjusted the strength of her touch when it became a bit too strong. She was charming, very professional and very helpful with some areas that needed special care. I will make another appointment to see her.

trying to get things scheduled is often tough. would be good if there was a accurate live way to book appointments. Often when i call noone answers or I have to hold for a long time. I get that you are busy and things are fine once i get there but its hard to book. Also would be nice if you had things staff alittle over. sometimes i will call first thing in the morning day of trying to get an apt and almost never am able to.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone for a few years now. I have used my "credits" at a few different locations and have found the one in Maple Grove to be my favorite. The space is welcoming and the staff is always professional, supportive, and friendly. I appreciate their actions to reopen the store in a way that makes everyone feel safe and can participate at their own comfort level.

The therapist was very skilled. She worked on the areas I asked her to. I was very satisfied with the results.

I felt like the therapist listened to me explain which areas I wanted to focus on. The therapist used a bit too much massage oil which affected pressure.

I love my massage therapist. Hand & Stone is close to home.
