I told my massage therapist that I wanted focus on my upper back and shoulders and she did amazing and gave me great suggestions to do when I’m at home to reduce further tension in those areas

I was very satisfied with the therapist. She took time on the area's needed. I wish I would have booked 90 minutes. I plan on going back.
