Kai is the best massage person I have ever had.

The lobby is clean and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, plenty of space for me to put my things out of the way. Very spa-like for a chain.

I always have a great experience at Hand and Stone. the staff is always friendly, the offer suggestions but here is never any push to purchase anything.

Front desk is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. My massage therapist CC was amazing. I liked her techniques and the attention she gave to the area's I asked her to.

The massage was the best I have had at Hand & Stone, however most of my massages were excellent. I also like my facials and will continue to have both. I hope the prices of both do not go up much in the future, they are just about at my budget limit. Other than price, no complaints at all with the service.

Kelly is delightful and gives a great facial! She recommended a product for my skin at the time of my previous facial which has made a huge difference - fewer lines and improved skin texture. Yay! She was informative without being pushy as to what treatments needed to improve skin issues. I recommend Kelly if you are getting a facial.

I am my mom’s care giver and managed to forget about myself. I was in a bad place physically and emotionally. My sister, God bless her, insisted I get a massage and stayed with mom while I was gone.
