The results were fantastic. My skin looks great after my facial. The products they used were high quality and the aesthetician did her job very well.

Cami was extremely knowledgeable and has a healing touch! She was friendly and professional! I booked another massage with her in a few weeks.

Reception was very nice, therapist worked on some severe problem area in my shoulders as requested, suggested products to use, etc. Good experience. I will request her again. Last time my appointment started late and ended early. This time we were more on time and I had more time with the therapist getting massaged. There should always be a lag period after that is inputted between when appointments are booked so you aren’t rushed or shorted time and the therapist can prepare for the next person at all times. It doesn’t seem like this is a practice that is currently a standard operating procedure.

Vanessa (massage therapist) is amazing! Attentive, able to "read" your body, professional and kind. I am still pain free (from chronic back pain) over 24 hours later! Danyelle (receptionist) is one of the best at the Maple Grove location. She was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to listen and answer questions. She gave accurate information.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming at Hand and Stone. They make you feel relaxed while helping you check in and are always on time.

I always feel that my needs are the priority. Ann always asks about specific problem areas and if there are any areas I do not want her to address. I know it will all be very helpful to my wellbeing.

Everyone has made me feel welcome and my back and neck are so happy. Sierra at the Maple Grove location is my favorite. She is so amazing and knowledgeable. I've recommended her to my family and friends.

I absolutely love my massages at this spa. Layla (sp?) is fantastic!! I used to book with whoever had openings, but now I insist on her. This last time, the music wasn't on in the rooms (not her fault) and I did miss that, but not a big deal. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but just wanted to mention that it's a little discomforting when the receptionist calls everyone "dear" or "sweetie" etc. I'm not sure why exactly ... but maybe it's a little disingenuous or condescending? I think she's just trying to be friendly, but it's a bit off-putting. To me anyway. Sorry!! But, I truly love coming there and am moving up north in the Spring but will still drive down for my massages!!
