Hand and Stone

It’s was a great massage. I was disappointed that my appointment got cancelled by you! I didn’t get an upgrade that was apparently offered to a different guest but not offer to me! I came in earlier than my a appointment and I still had to wait for 10-15 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start to be taken into the room. I asked for an upgrade that I was planning on paying for and I didn’t even get it!!! My wife emailed was spelled WRONG for months which explains why there was no communication!! Plus way more things that I can’t express it here!

The massage therapist that I had (Vanessa) was great. She listened to my concerns and requests and she did the massage to my specifications. The pressure was just right and I felt relaxed and pampered throughout the massage. I will definitely book with Vanessa next time!
