I have patronized this Hand and Stone for years. If I were not satisfied, I wouldn’t keep coming back. I did try a new therapist and she was very good and I very happy for that.

This spa is always clean and tidy, with a lovely and calming ambiance. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and kind, especially Jessica. My massage therapist, Vanessa Durant, is absolutely fantastic! She’s helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I happily book months in advance to guarantee that I get to see her, as she’s in high demand for my reasons stated above. I only wish the cost of my membership was less.

The massage room was a bit cool. I had the heating pad turned up a little bit. The therapist that I saw is booked up out 60 days. It is frustrating that you have to plan so far ahead of time to secure an appointment with Vanessa.

Outside of my experience yesterday with the reception staff, I haven’t been pleased. However, my experience with the new people there (under Jessica’s management) is AWESOME! I just love how Jessica always remembers me even if it has been a few months since she was working while I was in. She’s a rockstar. I’m so glad she was promoted. Definitely one of the best decisions the company has made.

I loved Sierra, she was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy on trying to sell me anything. She checked more than once on how her pressure was during the massage and focused on the areas in which I needed more attention.

I was greeted kindly upon my arrival. My massage therapist was conscious of my comfort. The manager answered all of my questions regarding membership and also was very helpful with my decision making when I wanted help with specific treatment options and gift cards for my family.

My therapist was very professional. This was my 3rd visit and this was the best so far. I liked the fact I didn’t have to wait past my scheduled time.

The waiting area is very calming. Everyone is always friendly. There was very loud talking during the shift change between my facial and massage.
