Desk staff was very helpful and pleasant with scheduling future visits and gifting banked visits. This was my first visit after joining the membership so I wasn’t as familiar as some may be. I was very satisfied the Jackie as my massage therapist. She made me feel like she cared about my needs, and performed a very effective massage, finding several tight areas to focus on. The only thing I’d like to see is the ability to book online. I often don’t get to this type of thing until outside of business hours.

Layla at Maple Grove was amazing! My pain area was focused on during my massage. Layla had valuable input for me as well.

Samantha is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. She takes the time to explain things to you and recommend product that can help you achieve your skincare goals. She takes her time and goes above and beyond.

The massage therapist was very understanding with my specific request for target areas to work on. I appreciate her listening to feedback and adjusting pressure as needed. I would have liked a more welcoming massage room as the one I was in was pretty plain and uninviting/looked sterile/cold instead of warm and cozy and welcoming and comfortable.

Jason was awesome - worked tight muscle out good! 👍🏼It was nice to see the floors under the table clean as in the past there was lots of dust bunnies.

Vanessa is an awesome therapist. She does exactly what I need. I always seem to have to ask the front desk staff if and what the promo is for scheduling an appt. before I leave.

My therapist does a great job on my problem areas She is always on time and makes the experience very relaxing.

Ambiance was very relaxing and I appreciate the. cleanliness. It was a new therapist so had some reservations.

My massage therapist Jackie is amazing! The perfect pressure and she really listens to my needs. She makes the most of the 50 minutes. I appreciate that I can see her without an upcharge that some therapists have.
