The esthetician was so thorough and explain everything every step of the way. I’ve never had such a great experience like this. I was ready to term my membership because I don’t care for the front desk staff. Every time I ask for a deep tissue massage I never have any luck with the exception of Tim. So prefer the Plymouth location for massages.

I love Jessica in the reception area. She always remembers me, and treats me so well. I love my Himalayan massages with Layla. I feel so relaxed when I leave.

I have been looking for a spa that has a relaxing environment that makes me feel pampered. Many places I've been to have made me feel good but not quite what I was looking for. Hand and Stone is perfect!

My esthetician was knowledgeable and targeted my specific concerns with my skin, she was friendly and professional and helped me look at products that could help my skin maintain how gorgeous it was after my facial!

I am a recovering heart patient with specific massage needs to my donor surgery leg. This was the first massage I've had since my surgery 100 days ago and I wanted to feel better, work off some of the stressful things done to my body, and address the lymph system damage in my surgery leg. My Hand & Stone therapist was picked specifically for my concerns. The actual massage was outstanding: pain in my leg subsided, mobility in the knee returned, swelling decreased, and I haven't felt better in 100 days. My primary Dr. encouraged me to have a massage. I was made into a new man in one session...I'm setting up for the follow-up visits.

The front desk staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the membership and additional services offered. My therapist was amazing at her job as well. Will definitely be returning.
