Hand and Stone

This was my first massage and Sheleice was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and was so attentive. I felt like I was floating as I left the room. I am now a member because I need to take care of myself and my wellness, and I will be going to her exclusively in the future. The reception staff were pleasant and very helpful, and we ended up chatting about all sorts of things. I had meant to schedule my appointment for 2 days out but accidentally scheduled for that afternoon, but the universe had better plans. ❤️😊

The environment was incredibly relaxing-- I felt completely transported! This was my first-ever facial and first visit to Hand and Stone, and the staff were kind and welcoming. My esthetician Kelly was so gentle, and it was clear she was experienced and knowledgeable. After receiving the sensitive skin facial, my skin looks and feels AMAZING!! So happy to be a new member of Hand and Stone so I can keep coming back for more wonderful treatments!

This location is very peaceful. However, I have been having problems with my appointment times being changed without being consulted or cancelled. This has happened not only at this location but others.

Natalia has been my go to aesthetician. I always feel that I get a good treatment with her and she has always been friendly and well versed in her trade. She is the reason why I continue to be a member. I hope you make sure she stays with H&S.

Great massage and facial Kind staff

Sadaf and Mimi are very professional. They are very attentive, patient, and customer focused. Their staff is the same. I had a very bad experience at the Danville, CA location. Coming over to Dublin helped me to feel more comfortable.
