Front desk is always very helpful and nice. Therapists have all been friendly, and gave great massages.

The staff is professional and friendly. My therapist Andrew is one of the finest therapists I have ever had. He is very personable as well as having a thorough understanding of a clients needs to allay stress and aches.

Gladis gets out my knots in my shoulders and back. She's amazing! Best massage therapist.

Anthony had great technique and was very knowledgeable. I compare him to some very good therapists I have had. Will certainly look forward to finding time with him in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time, the staff is so helpful and welcoming and all the massage therapists are amazing. Although I do have favorites still, specifically Andrew and Gladis. My only complaint was with another customer, she was in the waiting area while loudly FaceTiming with what seemed to be a coworker about a project and she was not wearing her mask. Not the fault of anyone at Hand & Stone since the receptionist was busy, just not the calming environment you want before your massage.

Management and staff Understand my needs. My esthetician is knowable and meets my needs. My esthetician is friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Getting a facial was a good way to pamper myself during this very stressful time. It was a good way to start the year. Taylor did a good job of meeting all those goals!

Gladis was PHENOMINAL!!!! I threw my back out and had major hip pain for several months. She was able to do a mixture of deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage including stretching that alleviated a lot of my pain. She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I am so appreciative of all of her help and can't wait for my next massage! Thank you so much!!!

My massage therapist was very thoughtful and considerate. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay and that I was comfortable.
