Knowledgeable staff, very friendly and welcoming. Only one complaint, I need my full hour. Not 45 or 50 minutes. I’m paying for an hour, reasonably expect an hour.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My Massage Therapist, Rebecca, is wonderful. She listens to what I am saying about my specific problems and addresses them.

I arrived early due to parking lot being filled, but I found front row parking when I came in, that was awesome. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment to start, I had enough time to check out the products available for purchase in waiting area. I was offered water, and drank a cup before going in. Kenny was my masseuse. He was pleasant and professional. He applied the perfect pressure during my massage. An hour went by way too quickly and my only regret was I didn’t book a longer session. At the end of the session I purchased skin care package to take home. I love trying new products, and hope I like it. I would like to return with a facial appointment next time, within the next month or so. After leaving the shop I got to my car where I sat in the seat, and I felt so pampered and relaxed I didn’t want to drive. So I waited a bit. Best birthday present to myself in a long time! It was a great experience, thank you.

Andrew is fantastic, he is a very good massage therapist and my issues with my neck and back are much better after my session. I have referred Andrew to family and friends, plus I always rebook when I checkout to make sure I can get the time I want with him. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. THe room was comfortable and the music was soothing.

I was a bit nervous with moving from Alameda to San Ramon but the staff here at Hand & Stone in Dublin were not only super helpful but friendly as well. Rebecca was amazing. The reason I stopped going in Alameda was because my therapist left and I was nervous with a new therapist. I'm even encouraging my friend to try it.

The massage was great. The therapist worked the tight spots very well. She was friendly, but not overly chatty.

I have switched from the Pleasanton location because the Dublin spa exceeds my expectation. Always friendly, I love the consistency of the employees and I can almost always get an appointment that i want!!
