My facial by Ivy was wonderful, she is very professional and has consistently performed very well, I recommend her highly.

Massage therapist worked very well and definitely listened to me about what i was looking for. He seemed very knowledgeable about what i needed since i had some knots in my shoulders and back.

This was my first time visiting a Hand & Stone, and I definitely will be back! From the moment I walked in, Ashlynn the receptionist, was super hospitable and welcoming and I was 15 minutes late. My massage therapist (I don't remember his name), was very professional, and made sure to spend time on my problem areas. After my massage, Ashlynn informed me of the member specials, in a super non pushy salesman manner, and also helped me pick out product for my skin needs. I even made a second purchase, after she educated me on the wonders of Himalayan Salt! Overall I had an amazing experience, and I will be back every month!!! Thanks Dublin team, you rock!!!! Well worth the commute from Vallejo!

Always friendly receptionist and those who answer the phone when I call or they call as a reminder. Great emails and text when appointment is set up. Professional organization, great responses to any questions. Been seeing the same massage person for years (Andrew), very friendly when spoken to, always asks what areas are my focus. Sometimes the "music" is louder than usual, but if the room is cold or I need more blankets/heater on, he accommodates right away. Miss having the water container outside in lobby area. Love the snacks put out and candy. Always a nice mix of decorations during the different seasons. I have recommended and referred my mom, sister and friends.

I felt relaxed and very well taken care of. It was my first time having a facial and Natalia was excellent and very patient with my lack of knowledge about taking care of my skin.

I was told by Karen (person who booked the appt) that the 80min massage will only use 1 package. When checking out, they used two of my package for the massage. The massage was below my expectations as well.

Almost fell asleep i was so relaxed.
