I was able to try three different therapist because of scheduling changes. I had the opportunity to choose the best therapist for me out of the three eventually.

the entire staff was kind and helpful. the people at reception were particularly attentive and patient with my requests.

They were very accommodating with my schedule and went out of their way to give me the best experience possible. My esthetician did a great job on my facial, especially listening to me about my goals for skin care. And I liked how she walked me through every step of what she was doing and why she was doing it, relating it to how it would affect my skin. The front staff was also very friendly and helpful, so much so that I decided to restart my membership there.

Easy to book appointment, technique of the therapist was very good. I only would have like if he could have asked me if I was ok with peppermint oil. I don't like the icy feeling it leaves on my skin, an doffer another alternative. I will remember next time to ask specificallly to use another product. Other than that then everything was great!

I greatly appreciate that she took my lifestyle/habits into consideration when assessing my skin thus made reasonable suggestions on how I may begin to go about proper skin care. Her professionalism shows as my appointment was handled efficiently and with quality care. I am more than satisfied with my visit as I also left the spa more knowledgeable than before. I am now more aware that I must do my own part and make some lifestyle changes to achieve clearer, healthy skin. I would likely return thanks to her service.
