My esthetician, Natalia, was right on time and finished right on the hour. I communicated my concerns and she understood, and did a great job of keeping me on track to fulfill those needs. She recommended me products and I’ve noticed a difference already. I will definitely be coming back more often to get a facial with her!

This was my first time going to Hand and Stone. I was treated kindly and with knowledge from the time i made my appointment on the phone until the completion of my facial. Ivy explained what she was doing and why, during the facial. This was my first facial in sixteen years of so and after my experience I will be going on a regular schedule with Ivy.

My therapist really focused on the trouble spots that I had identified & she educated me on why I was experiencing pain & stiffness in certain muscle groups. The massage was intense but gave me great relief & agility overall!
