The esthetician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. To make an appointment was easy and slots were available. I booked my next appointment.

This was my first time going to Hand and Stone. I was treated kindly and with knowledge from the time i made my appointment on the phone until the completion of my facial. Ivy explained what she was doing and why, during the facial. This was my first facial in sixteen years of so and after my experience I will be going on a regular schedule with Ivy.

My therapist really focused on the trouble spots that I had identified & she educated me on why I was experiencing pain & stiffness in certain muscle groups. The massage was intense but gave me great relief & agility overall!

First time at hand and stone, very satisfied with the calm and relaxation of the place, the hot stone massage was amazing. I felt so light and stress free when I left.

It was like the last year and a half never happened. I was remembered and taken care of. Natalia is wonderful!

I was skeptical about scheduling a facial because I didn’t think anyone could match the service of Galina and Stacey. The esthetician did a wonderful job. I would book with her again.

I had no problems whatsoever during my appointment and I loved the way my skin looked after my facial. My esthetician, Natalia, was incredibly nice, listened to my skin concerns, answered all of my questions, made the facial feel very pampering, had a great upbeat and calming demeanor, and gave me a free sample of the item I was interested in purchasing. This was my second facial with her and she was great during my first appointment too, so I will always request her to do my future facials.
