I booked my appointment online and for some reason it didn’t go through when I updated my credit card info. When I arrived, the staff was exceptionally courteous and very responsive (eg no blame was placed or excuses). They worked me in so that I was able to have my massage during the time slot I originally booked. I was very happy with my experience.

Massage was awesome! Andrew is great! Frequently checked on my well-being and the pressure. He focused on areas as I requested on the questionnaire

Rebecca was extremely helpful in massaging my problem areas. She listened and focused where I needed relief. She also recommended some home self care products to me which I am going to try. Great experience overall. Since temps are taken before hand, my only suggestion would be to allow customers to remove their mask as they are face down, as if was a little difficult to breathe. But other than that - all was great.

I enjoy massage as a way of taking care of myself. The therapist, Rebecca, was friendly and worked to help me feel comfortable about returning. These are weird times and this helps me relax.

Love my massage therapist as that is the number one reason i returned after the shut down. Otherwise I probably would change. Took over a month and half to set up appt due to no appts could be done by email when the automated system sent requests to me and when I called the voicemail indicated you were still closed. It took me to email a manager to set up my first return appt.

Rebecca, my massager/therapist, was really nice. She was the only one noticed/pin pointed were exactly bothered me the most without me telling her and "worked" extra in that area. I've tried with different massagers/therapists but with Rebecca, I did feel a different on my body (no pain) after the massage.
