My appt. never got booked on the location’s schedule, however luckily there was an opening for the time I booked. They also gave me $10 off for the mistake.

I love my esthetician Ivy. She is always so welcoming and informative. The experience is always fun and one that I look forward to. I always feel at peace going into Hand and Stone. It has become a staple to my routine and something that I really like to have as a treat for myself.

My esthetician asked me questions about my skin so she could create a personalized facial for my skin type. I was so relaxed the whole time that I was sad when my facial ended! She really listened to what I had to say and it made for a pleasant experience.
