Friendliness, cleaniness and no wait time!

All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. My therapist was excellent and helped relieve my headache. Was a wonderful overall experience.

The only reason I wouldn't be coming back to Hand and Stone in 90 days is that I currently live in San Diego. I was treating my mom to a birthday/xmas gift and originally am from the Bay Area. Love the experience, especially Natalia Freitas, she's absolutely wonderful! I always/only ask for her.

I was referred by my friend who was very pleased with her facial. She instantly saw a difference in the discoloration in her face. I have uneven skin color b/c of age and the sun. My esthetician, Lauren, was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable asking her questions. I decided to become a member b/c I feel it’s has many advantages and staff is wonderful.

What is there not to love! This Dublin location is the best of the best. My massage therapist, Natasha, was absolutely incredible and the front desk staff and ambiance is so welcoming. Would never go anywhere else!

The reception staff is always very friendly, they greet me, usually by name. I have been seeing Natasha for several sessions now and I keep coming back. She is wonderful, she shows concern and takes care of several issues that I have disclosed to her. She has really helped with my stress and pain. I will continue to see her, I am grateful she is my therapist.
