Always welcome with friendly hello from receptionist. Waiting area always decorated nicely and even has little snacks out (apples/candy/granola bar), and asked if water is needed. My massage therapist is always great with skill and knowledge of my needs. Sometimes forgets to put padding under my legs when I'm on my stomach, but I forgot to say something to remind him, otherwise, perfect session always. I recommend this place to all my friends/family. GREAT location and parking can be hard sometimes, but if you get there early enough, it's worth the wait.

After my first massage there I canceled my membership at another massage company. Excellent staff with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Brittany was very knowledgeable of products and catered to my needs. She did not push any additional services, which i appreciate. Explained based on my skin what would be good for me, and i was able to make my decision without feeling pressured.

My Therapist Maria gives a great massage. She gets out every little knot and her pressure is always spot on. Always timely and helpful with her advise.

I like my esthetician, Brittnay. She has beautiful skin. I like talking to her. She is nice and funny. My daughter goes to her too.

I believe this franchise allows the massage therapists to venture out and apply the proper technique to its clientele in hopes of maximizing the effectiveness of the session. More and more places like this...Massage Envy...and others cater to the masses who are starting massage therapy and the sessions overindex on Swedish techniques...and people like me who need more than that suffer. Thanks for allowing your massage therapists some freedom to practice their art.

Therapist Rebecca was very good, very professional and recommended/introduced me to Himalayan stone massage therapy which I had never experienced before, but would definitely do again. Thank you Rebecca.
