Hand and Stone

Overall experience since becoming a member has been highly satisfying. The staffs are very friendly. Though, it would be nice if I would like to be able to book a back-to-back facial/massage appt; it's rare to get a schedule to accommodate that.

My massage therapist retired after 20 years. Now I have found Becca at my Hand and Stone. She is great and almost as good as the therapist I lost to retirement. Becca is the reason I rated hand and stone so highly.

Excellent overall experience. I have bulging discs in my neck and back, and my massages at Hand and Stone really help with the pain. My massage therapist, Rebecca, is excellent.

My esthetician was so wonderful and I really enjoyed the service. She was helpful and did not pressure me into any buys afterwards and made it more comfortable for me to let sink it what she was saying and let me make an informed decision next visit.

Great customer service

Thai is an excellent therapist. He checks first with what problems I'm having today, and then reiterates what areas he will be working on. He is on time, friendly, professional and is great with deep tissue.

My wife signed us up for this massage membership several months ago and I was initially indifferent about it. However, due to several factors, I continue to return. The staff is very pleasant, the massages are beyond relaxing, and the masseuses are very knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. My wife and I are constantly looking at the calendar to see how close we are to our next appointment.
