Massage therapist was very knowledgeable about physiology of muscles, etc. Experienced quality massage.

The therapist started off by asking me if I had any problem areas. Then he worked on the problem area with the right amount of pressure. I received the best message I had ever received at the location.

Galena is great at her job. I have been getting my facials from her for years and I am never dissatisfied.

Mostly I was very happy with the overall customer service: friendly personalities and willingness to answer specific questions. I appreciated that they did not project that my questions were a burden. Also I did not feel rushed on the phone or in person.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. They greeted me and made me feel comfortable. I had a great massage, I have a stressful job and need some time for myself to try to relax. The therapist was professional and considerate.
