Hand and Stone

I always leave feeling relaxed. Everyone is always so kind and makes me feel welcome. I have been coming to this location for around 8 years now and have never had any problems.

The ease of making appointments. The minimal wait time and the friendliness of the staff.

I was having pain in my feet. It was relieved and I slept 8 hours after massage. Usually sleep about 5!

I enjoyed my visit over all. I was early to fill out my paperwork but was a little annoyed i lost 10 min to my massage do to waiting

For me it's all about the massage that I receive. Sandi is great. She really concentrates on what my problems are. She is knowledgeable and provides information that I can use to stretch and help myself with my problem areas between massages. The facility is always clean.

The staff always friendly, and fast. I never wait more than 5 minutes. The techs are very good and the facility is always clean and inviting.

Sandi has become invaluable for the biweekly cranial massages I receive from her. She has gone out of her way to find the best type of massage techniques to apply to my condition. Unfortunately someone decided she no longer would work at Mansfield on Saturday which is my preferred schedule due to constraints of a M-F work week. I traveled to the Burleson site once but for some irrational reason she is not listed as a therapist for the Burleson office even those she is included on the Mansfield list for the times she is there. It is easier to book appointments online for me and for Hand and Stone so please fix this error which is disrespectful to Sandi and to her clients. Thank you.

Very clean spa. Friendly and accommodating staff. Jackie did my facial, and she is absolutely wonderful.

Excellent therapist that was respectful about not chatting too much during session.
