Sandi is great with communication and a wonderful therapist. She works on my needs that day. The facility is clean and comfortable. I do think the add-ons are too expensive.

Staff very welcoming, and addressed you as soon as you walked in. Very clean and calming environment. There is a verity of services and the staff are knowledgeable about each type of service so they are able to answer all your questions.

Was a member of Massage Envy for several years and became increasingly unhappy with the overall experience. I tried Hand and Stone and have been impressed with the number of therapists and hours that work for me, as well as the massages I have received. This led me to starting a membership with Hand and Stone.

The check in experience was simple and the front desk was very helpful. My massage specialist Yvonne was amazing ! She listened to my needs and focused well on my problem areas.

When I first started coming to Hand & Stone it was to buy gift cards for others. When I had an issue with my sciatica I figured I would try something different to relieve the pain. Everytime I leave I feel much better. Brandi is very professional and proficient. The Receptionist that was working the front desk my first couple of times was also very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision to become a member.
