Excellent Customer Service all around from start to finish.

While my schedule kept me from coming in the last 8 months, kept my membership & recommend Hand & Stone. I always ask for Joanna, she does a great job, checks her pressure is ok & I enjoy our conversations.

The environment was peaceful. When entering the establishment I smelt aromatherapy which was welcomed. The overall experience was pleasant, i even signed up as a member now.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I did not have a long wait before the therapist came for me. I felt less tense at the end of my appointment.

Heather Renaud is excellent. She listens to my needs as to what areas on my upper back and hip to concentrate on. Kudos to Heather.
