Joanna is amazing. She is the reason I rate Hand and Stone in Mansfield Tx so High. Her service is always professional, respectful, peaceful, relaxing, informative! The pressure is on point every time! I can not speak more highly of her. She is just truely amazing! The prices have gone up and that is the only reason why I may be canceling my membership. I must say I was dissapointed with the front desk the last time I was there. The staff was completely different, and they were not as professional as the previous employees have been both in appearance and customer service.

Joanna, the Massage Therapist was very professional. This made me feel at ease. Also she is very skilled and had perfect pressure. She spent extra time on my trouble areas (shoulders, neck, feet). She gave the Best massage! I had trouble before massage sleeping on my right side due to pain in my shoulder. After massage, I had no pain sleeping on that side. Thanks!

I love Morgan my massage therapist. I need a deep tissue massage and she is very talented. I have had different therapist in the few years that I have been a member. They were good but Morgan is truly the best. She truly makes you feel at ease and has always remembered my special needs.

It feels welcoming as soon as I enter the door. All the therapists I’ve seen have been highly qualified.

Abria was very knowledgeable about my issue and went right to work on the problem! She also gave me showed me some stretches to do at home.
