The receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. The lobby area was clean and inviting. My massage therapist was attentive to the areas that I needed work on.

I go to Hand and Stone for Valentina. She’s a great therapist. I also am tired of coming in and being asked if i want to join the club. I’ve been coming for 2 years. I already know the plans. Why continue to ask me. It’s frustrating.

I called the day of, Wednesday, hoping they could fit me in for a massage. They had several times open and and after going back and forth I settled on a 3:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early and was given paperwork to fill out. I sat in the front white couches that were very close to another. After maybe 5 minutes, my therapist arrived through the door, and took me to a room. I told her my injuries and pain. I was also very stressed and hadn’t been sleeping well. After she came in and turned the lights down. She started working on my back and shoulders. I asked for a firm massage and she was definitely firm. But it felt so good, I fell asleep. I remember her asking me to turn over but I fell back asleep after that dont remember much else. I do wish I booked it for a longer time.I didn’t want it to end

Town Center location was super clean. I watched the receptionists clean after each customer checked out and overall the facility was very clean. My esthetician was amazing! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely book again!

Staff was very friendly, didn’t wait long to get taken back. My room was very clean and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back soon!!
