Massage therapist Maria was excellent as always. Yet I had issues with putting my account on hold back in March during the start of Covid-19. I never received an email with instructions on how to complete the freeze and my account was penalized because of it. Karriza allowed me to go back and pay for the months that were missed stating that it was the only way to uphold my account, yet i don't like that I was penalized for an employees mistake. I don't feel like I can trust the training and capabilities of the staff behind the front desk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My experience there was relaxing and enjoyable.
