Asar, my regular massage therapist, is awesome. If not for him, I'd likely cancel my membership. He gives a great, strong and firm massage and always listens to my needs. He allows me to relax but also accommodates my requests. I'm not thrilled with the spa because a few weeks ago, I got food poisoning and woke up vomiting the day of my appt. I called and left 2 messages to explain and cancel my appt and asked for a call back to confirm my msg was received. I had to call a third time after lunch to speak to someone. I didn't want Asar waiting on me for my 3pm appt when I knew a I wasn't well enough to sit through a massage session. Nobody had even listened to the messages I had left. Then I was chastised and reminded of the 24hr cancellation policy. I explained this was due to food poisoning, and I rarely cancel appts, but was reminded again that they will make an exception "this time". Anyway, I wasn't pleased with how that all went down. Lucikly, Asar's massage makes up for the one bad experience.

James the massage therapist was amazing. I wish I had more time. I have already recommended him to everyone I know. He is great!!

Acknowledged the moment entering. Changed water dispenser when saw it was empty for me. Massage therapist was quick to call me in to start service. Checked in many times but not too many that he'd interrupt massage. Overall Great!!!!
