Christopher is great! And so are the reception staff. Even got me a glass of water. Nice touch.

I have seen Nika on previous visits, and she is always so helpful in working with me. I have rosacea and need to have questions answered from time to time. Nika is very friendly, very helpful, and highly qualified. It makes for a great experience!

I had a previous facial with the esthetician and was immensely pleased with the results. This time was no exception..the facial she chose for me was wonderful ..I felt as if I had a "new face". I very much like the new decor/ambiance..much nicer , warmer, more spiritual. The counter staff were very friendly and welcoming. An overall very pleasant experience.

Dirty cups left in reception area. Three weeks and one week ago making an online reservation with no response. Phoned in and got in three days later. Online reservations are useless

I have found the massage therapists to be very good and accommodating.

Massage therapists are very skilled and extremely professional. I prefer the use of hot stones differently than the therapists use them, however. I have always been able to get an appointment and feel very satisfied when I leave.

My aesthetician is very nice and knowledgable, and everyone at the hand and stone is very kind. And I have had great results..
