I was able to pay for another individual's massage and my own easily, my massage therapist came highly recommended and he was great, I will certainly returne for another massage from him. Staff was pleasant enough, there was a hiccup at the front desk regarding payment but was rectified quickly, other then that it was a good experience.

Hand and Stone has done an excellent job in helping me relax from my daily stressors, James is the massage therapist that I always book my appointments with and he does an outstanding job each time I visit!

It's a very well-run organization, and the ambiance of the massage rooms, waiting room, and even (especially!) the bathroom is wonderful. Staff is extremely accommodating.

It is easy for me to get to and the parking is never a problem. I like the staff and the pleasant feeling of the front of the house. I totally like Jessica Daniels for both her skills and her personality.

The massage therapist, Tammy, was friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable about my condition TMJ. She asked if I had any preferences and applied pressure to my comfort. Great massage!

My massage therapist, Kirsten, was excellent. That's 10x more important than the reception area, products for sale, or any other variables. Overall, I've found the quality of the massages to be really inconsistent. The first one I got was great, so I signed up. Every other massage has been with a different therapist and have not been nearly as good. I was about to quit until I got Kirsten. Now I'm on the fence. It will probably depend on her schedule. Also, I find that I actually can't do massages as frequently as monthly, so I feel like I'm overspending there. Maybe a bi-monthly option would be better.

Amara is amazing! I came in with a very sore shoulder and she worked it all out. She listened to what I needed and worked out my pain. I truly appreciate her work!
