The massage therapist (Asar) is the absolutely best. He's very attentive when I describe the areas that are giving me the most problems. He's also extremely intuitive (it's amazing!) and displays tremendous talents in his techniques and always offers tips and suggestions after the session to help with healing between sessions. He exhibits a wealth of knowledge about muscles, joints and overall physiological function and is sincere in helping his clients become pain free. His friendly personality and overall gentle demeanor are wonderful attributes and helps a lot in creating a serene ambiance and maximum therapeutic experience.

I like the quiet and cleanliness of the entire facility. I've developed a very good relationship with Kirstin that involves few words, and I like that kind of communication. She is both warm and strong, tender and firm as well as focused, tuned in. I think she is also developing, trying new methods, trusting her intuition and creativity. That's great to see, and I understand that it happens because a relationship has developed. I know that some people like to talk during a massage, but I love the silence, and Kirstin seems comfortable in that milieu, too.

Ingrid is amazing. I explained exactly what hurt and why, and she made me feel brand new. Anyone who lives with chronic pain knows how amazing it is to get even 5 minutes of relief! It's beyond frustrating to pay for a service and not be listened to...I never have that problem with Ingrid!!!

Yulia was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She is great. The massage was the best I have had since I got my membership.

James was AMAZING. I have been massaged professionally for at least ten years across the nation (because of my job) and James was above and beyond superior in his skill. Marina is also extremely knowledgeable and I leveraged the current sale by purchasing $250.00 couples massage for after TG and I got the Biofreeze as well. I bring my friends and family that visit me rather than Massage Envy because it's much more luxurious overall. The staff up front is always amazing. The only less than awesome feedback is that sometimes the phone is not answered or email/web based could be improved upon. But Marina and James are assets that no words can express.
