Tratamiento muy costoso, solo aplicacion de cremas, no hubo un revision en mi cara y sugerencias sobre una sensibilidad en mi rostro, la bata estaba como desgastada, po favor cambienlas.

The therapist I see is great and knowledgeable. The receptionists are all nice as well. This is my first time having a membership at a place like this. I am accustomed to going to spas in Napa that have a lot of amenities. Therefore, this is nice but facility, amenity and complimentary add-on and gift wise, it just does not compare. Lastly, I felt the prior price was fair for service. The price increase has taken away from the value for money.

We started late and also ran out of time - would much prefer to take full advantage of the hour window allotted for the visit

Pressure could have been a little harder and I was not asked if it needed to be adjusted like I have typically experienced here. But overall a great experience

I arrived on time and early, but appointment was less than an hour. Wasn’t informed clearly that deep tissue was $30 extra but I may just not have heard it. Was a bit surprised at the fee when I was checking out

I'm happy to continue my membership and recommend to others but the technicians are quite pushy in terms of upselling services or products. I go to spas to relax, not to be sold to. I also had the worst facial ever here. Esthetician was very nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable about skincare as I explained to her my skin type and the products I was using, along with my top skin concerns. I was surprised she also didn't cleanse my neck and decolleage nor did I get a face + head + shoulder massage. These are common services I've had at other spas. The person I got a facial with had all these services but I did not. I just felt like I was pushed to buy products.

My masseuse did not set the music to come from the room speaker- it seemed to come from the clock radio. He didn't respond when I said the music sounded off, but perhaps he didn't hear me. He didn't spend much time to put me at ease at first . The massage was good, pretty straightforward. The emphasis on the Attention button actually put me on alert, instead of what I imagine is its intention. As I've never come across this before in any of the many places I've received massages it made me think there was actually a risk in this facility for something inappropriate to occur.

THE SERVICE THAT YOU ALL PROVIDED IS NOT WORTH THE PROCE THAT YOU CHARGE.

The aesthetician did a good job and I think my face looked a bit better as a result. It wasn’t the most relaxing experience, though. I could hear her cleaning up and washing things while I was supposed to be relaxing. Most spas I’ve been to do not do that with the client in the room. Also, as I am not sure I will have space to write this later, my massage was just okay. I’ve had probably over 100 massages and this was in the bottom half for sure. Not bad but not that good either. Then after my massage the masseuse told me to put on a robe to go to the next room for the facial. Hiwever, the room wasn’t ready and they had me wait in another room in a chair which kind of took away from the relaxing experience.
