The price of a basic facial is a bit high. The upselling of the additional services by both the provider and cashier was more pressure than I wanted -- I did not like that about the experience. My service provider, Clarice, can REALLY use some additional training on the massage portion of the facial. She only focused upon repetitively stroking my upper arms up & down and I did not enjoy the massage at all. My skin & fascia were chafed & irritated on my arms after her efforts at massage. However, the work Clarice did on my face & neck was GREAT. Her knowledge of skin & the products was GREAT. I understood & appreciated her knowledge & recommendations.

I dislike the tippy system. I think my massage therapist that I’ve been regularly seeing falls sleep during the massage. The front desk has called to ask me to reschedule for an earlier time on the same day of my massage. I often book 50min and upon arrival am told it is a 90min or more massage.

Massages are expensive and I was very disappointed that there was Christmas music being played throughout the establishment.

Due to scheduling changes, I waited 20 minutes to begin my appointment. The pricing of add-ons is too expensive. There have also been issues with scheduling appointments for friends.

The element of upselling at every visit can sometimes be off putting. I understand the need but I can sometimes diminish my relaxation when I have to combat a sales pitch.

There are other spas that provide more means member benefits. My wife also was not that impressed when I had her scheduled for 2 appointments.

Great massage. Nice staff. I didn’t enjoy the upsell at the end. I felt pressure after a relaxing massage. I understand the rationale but recommend upselling via email after customers leave or doing something more subtle. I also couldn’t figure out how to book a massage and facial on the website as one service. The introductory massage was confusing. I wasn’t sure if that was a deal for new customers or for someone who never had a massage before. If the former, I likely paid too much.

I don’t like if I add a service like a foot treatment to my massage then to add the service minutes are not added but tooken away. The feet is not normally included in a massage so if I add it why not add 15mins to?

The appointment started late. There was a cost added that I was not aware of. It was removed and then added back. I'm confused on the total amount charged.
