Hand and Stone

I would have preferred for the therapist to warm her hands more before putting them on me. Also to wipe the my body with warm towel when she was done massaging a specific part.

I was please and very satisfied with my massage I will do it again with hand stone thank you much appreciated

I typically speak well of Hand and Stone among acquaintances and friends, but wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to folks who don't live in nearby areas. I think the price point is good value with the monthly membership, but the facility is on the smaller side and I know other massage spas that provide a more luxurious experience.

I was hghly satisfied. Not sure why this is saying otherwise.

The only thing that hurt the ambiance at the Alameda location were the unsightly and loud machines outside of the massage room drying the carpets. I hope that it's a temporary situation as I intend to go back.

My appointment was cancelled because 90 minutes massage is not allowed on weekends. Had to reschedule my appointment. My massage therapist is only available on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

My massage was not the time length I requested/paid for. Adding "deep tissue" and hot stones to my massage was extremely overpriced for how little it was used. I feel like half of my body was rushed at the end of the massage.

My estitician suggested I get the works because I hadn’t been there for while. If she did any add on s in the past she would let me know, this one she didn’t. I assumed it would be in the ballpark of the price of my previous add ons. When I went to check out I told them to add a 20 percent tip and I was shocked when it came up $60. I asked how much the service was and was about $350. I was shocked that it was expensive for 45 min appointments. I wouldn’t have agreed to it if I knew that before. I
