My services were wonderful. My only complaint is that I wish the receptionist would have offered me a receipt upon checkout. I have been a member with H&S for several years, but sometimes it is not always clear what I am being charged for. I had some packages saved up that I wanted to use. I had an upgrade for my massage and for my facial but I am never offered to redeem any points. Also I was charged $170+ dollars on top of the packages that were used. Then, later, I was charged another $21. I am unaware of what any of these charges are for, other than the moisturizer I purchased at check out. Sometimes, when I am charged this much, and not offered an itemized receipt, I feel like I am being overcharged for things that I am not aware of. More transparency here would be ideal.

i thought that i had booked a 90 minute massage, but it was the introductory special instead. there was a lot of 'upsaleing' that bordered on aggressiveness both during my initial contact, & again after my massage. while it was all very polite & professional, it was still very annoying.

Annoying pressure to up grade Too many appointments/ difficulties to pause / can’t keep up with monthly Hard to schedule 2 hour appt on weekend Prefer deep tissue or sports and seems to require upgrade Hard to share with spouse , pressure to buy another membership Would like therapist to discuss findings and keep history

The massage seemed very quick. And i really didn’t like the upsell at the end, as I was checking out.

I am not highly satisfied since I often find that the time that works for my appointments is often already taken. I also find that the fragrances in the lobby can be a little much for me.

I was highly satisfied. The only thing was that the lights were bright in the room and I wasn't given anything to cover my eyes.

front area and waiting room are cluttered and need to be wiped down and cleaned. all the employees are very nice and knowledgeable but the facility up front seems very cluttered and not brand appropriate with additional decorations and chatckes.

I requested attention to my hands and it was forgotten...there is a pressure to tip more than 20% of what I pay for the service...the monthly costs exceed what is found in the market in other places...but the therapist was very kind and did attend to my pain points on my upper and lower back well.
