Availability of therapist in the evening. I work during the day and need later appointment. You have list some evening therapists and was hoping some more would be hired .

Sometimes the massage therapists are running late but they don't extend your appointment to give you them full amount of time allotted for the massage. Ive also unfortunately sometimes had masseuses that talk a majority of the time. Overall I really enjoy the staff at H&S and really enjoy going!

No extractions were done. But I was 5 mins late so maybe that’s why

The manager was bubbly and friendly, and she was pretty detailed. My masseuse was friendly and knowledgeable. We started closer to 5:35pm but the session ended at 6:25pm. And on the intake form I indicated to concentrate on my shoulders and legs but during the session it felt as though my back was worked on more. Also, I had indicated medium to firm pressure but it felt more light/medium. Yes, I should have spoken up but I was too tired to ask when I had completed the form. I think I will give it another go due to the friendly environment.

The price of $189 for a 50 minute massage is outrageous no matter how good the massage is. I had no idea that was going to be the cost going in or I would not have booked the massage.

There’s always room for improvement

The 1 hr membership model does not work for me because I need 2 hr appts.

I am pretty satisfied, as I have been a member for quite some time. Can’t complain, but having some control over the audio/music playing. Therapists don’t seem to be able to change it or adjust volume. An increase in perk points / membership rewards for long term members would be greatly appreciated.

I loved that I could ask for specific massage area, and the therapist knew that via his knowledge, I needed to focus on another specific area. It made me feel valued as a customer.
