Staff. Is very accommodating about adding extras but not about what those extras costs. I requested an itemized receipt because I was shocked at the costs of the “extras”. I was told the receipt would be emailed to me but I never received one. However, you’ve never missed sending me an email about the charges you put on my credit card.

Everything was great except the $30 additional charge for CBD oil. I had NO idea and would have declined if I knew. The service is expensive enough. Bummer. All else was fine

The price is too high for only an hour massage.

Value for cost

UsuallY I have a fine experience, but this last time the therapist kept falling asleep while giving the massage. I had to sniffle to wake her up each time. She was very friendly and I understand it's a calming environment. But she was on the clock and falling asleep over my face. We also started late and ended early..

They give to much time for clients to undress and dress back. So massage is not 60 minutes, but 50. Some of don’t need so much time to prepare.

Cost increase. I was a member for 5 years and it is no longer affordable for me to continue with my membership. Plus there are too many restrictions now in utilizing gift certificates.

Overall, a good experience. the paperwork took so much time that it cut into my massage time.

I had an appointment, made well in advance, and it had to be cancelled due to therapist illness. My schedule is super tight. Then, they were not able to see me in the evenings for the next three days. I have a hard time finding a time I can come in. They did have a 4;45, so I moved a few things around to make it. but that was not convenient.
