Victoria was a great massage therapist. My dissatisfaction is solely based on the increasing cost of services/membership with no increase in the value of the service. The additional $20 charge for deep tissue is what will cause me to terminate my membership.

For me to be highly satisfied I need a full spa treatment, including: robe, relaxation room maybe a glass of champagne. But since hand and stone is just massages I can only give it satisfactory

My appointment was changed. This has happened multiple times since I’ve become a member. It worked out, but other times it has not.

There’s always an upsell of products or services, which is tiring. Can’t really relax in the lobby area, like you can at other full spas with designated quiet space. Booking appts for two people to have services at the same time is a challenge.

The microdermabrasion facial was excellent. I feel like for the price $140, it could have been at least a full hour. Also, there could be more massaging in the neck and decolletage area overall.
