The total experience was satisfactory. I am highly satisfied with Sean as the massage therapist I normally see. The reception was satisfactory.

The products and services need to be more affordable. I also want a clearer mask policy. Otherwise, I was happy with the service, staff, and knowledge of the esthetician.

I felt pressured to upgrade and purchase products.

There weren't any questions regarding my massage experience and that's what I was not highly satisfied with. Lisa spent most of the time putting a lot of pressure on specific points and very little time actually massaging. I like a lot of pressure in my massage, but I left feeling like I hadn't really had a massage.

I found the intense hard sell of the membership package to be pretty off-putting. I often see the same private massage therapists repeatedly and might have booked again on my own, but honestly it really turned me off to have to repeatedly tell the receptionist I wasn't ready to sign up for a $200 enrollment fee.

The facial is supposed to be 50 mins. + 5 mins on each end for dressing and undressing. The last two times it only lasted 42 mins.

Loved that I was offered options for stones and CBD but was never told they would be additional costs at the start of my session, only discovered it when I thought my month to month paid for my massage and she told me of the additional $70s of add ons my therapist had put in the session. Not cool! Felt a bit of pressure by therapist as well to use new products, but again was never told of additional costs so felt awkward at the start of session to be asked about trying new product lines and not be aware of the add on costs. Was offered to put 2 of my packages together to cover the add ons at the end of my session, but my monthly package is worth $90 not $70 so what value is that to me the customer to combine services when its value was less that what I was given? My therapist recommended combining sessions to catch up on my next visit again with hot stones and CBD, so now when I return I will have another awkward moment of how much more am I paying for the stones and CBD onto of my combined 2 month to month sessions. Enjoying my massages just not all the extra push of add ons. :(

I was a little disappointed because I spent a long time on wait Sunday morning on the phone. I think it was a pretty crazy busy day/time to book, I booked 2 appts for 1.5hrs for me and my partner on Monday. I had to arrange to come in to speak to the manager for some confusion regarding my gift card transfer, I had bought them over the phone months ago and did not have a hard copy of them. Anyway I came by later that day to work that out. My massage appts were supposedly still booked. But when I came in later to discuss the gift card they found that my appts got taken by someone online. So we had to rebook for a shorter period of time than we had originally wanted. It was a little disappointing the overall appt system. Like once you book an appt, it should not then be able to be taken away by someone online. However, that had nothing to do with the wonderful service the girls at the counter gave us. That is just a really weird system. We were still pleased with the appts and bought a membership due to the very friendly service at the front desk and by the massage therapists.

Not able to find the quality of masseuses as before since 2 favorite masseuses have quit. Increased prices may make it unaffordable for me to continue with membership eventually.

I enjoy the massages. The esti i experience could have been better. Hopefully I can experience another esti.
