The price. It’s getting too expensive

Very easy to book appointment, good price point although I had the intro rate and appointment was on time.

The massage therapist was great but she talked a lot throughout the whole massage.

I have been to H&S on several different occasions and this time was unusually noisy. I was in room #9 and the room next door to us (if you are facing #9 outside the door, it would be the room to the right) was pretty noisy. There were sounds of what appeared to be things banging and dropping lots of door opening/closing and just noise. I hear quite a few doors closing throughout my 90 minute experience, which I had not heard before. While I understand it may not be feasible to quite the doors closing down, I would suggest looking into some kind of door closing softeners (not sure they exist but a thought) or asking staff/guests to be mindful of not letting the doors slam behind them. Also, I would like to suggest eye covers (aka sleep masks) for the guest for the transition from stomach to back. My experience, while a tad noisy, was still good overall.

My massage therapist was noticeably newer to either the spa or massaging overall. He lacked movement in his technique and you could feel he was unsure of what he was doing. Not the worst massage I've ever had and I wanted to give him benefit of the doubt, but as someone who gets massages regularly....that massage was not worth the money

My massage therapist was very attentive to my trouble areas. He was very friendly and polite. My massage was very relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and my aches and pains were gone. I have already booked an appointment for next week.

My therapist, Kim, talked a lot during the session. There wasn’t really anything relaxing when the therapist kept on talking. She was very knowledgeable but talked the whole session.

The experience itself was great--Nicole was a skilled massage therapist whom I will request again. We started a bit late, but it was a 50-min. massage, as promised, with the "free birthday aromatherapy" enhancement. Scheduling was a bit frustrating. I called twice on Mon., 2/7, and left a message both times. My call was not returned until Tues., 2/8. By then, I'd succeeded in booking on-line, but that experience did not seem as efficient/user-friendly as I might have hoped. (Maybe that was on me?) I wanted a late aft. or evening app't. with a female, on either Tues., or Thurs. While a calendar spreadsheet with availability would have been quicker, I was able to look at each female's schedule, day by day, and booked that way. (Again, this was Mon. evening, and I'd given up on being called back to schedule with a live person.) All in all, it was a positive experience--especially with Nicole. I also wish that I could know for sure if my therapist has been vaccinated--that would be more comforting. I understand that there are privacy protocols, but THAT would be the best enhancement. So . . . a leap of faith. Thank you.

If there is an online/app booking option I have never been made aware of it. I don't mind booking in person, but my schedule is complex and it would be nice to not feel the pressure of doing it live every time.

The overall reason is because I am still getting to familiarize my self with a new esthetician since the one I used to go with left. Besides that its pretty good, ive noticed the overall procedure from estheticians isn't too much of a change
