I experienced other spas (5 star level) that exceed what I experienced at your spa. Please know it was still an enjoyable experience.

My only issue (recently) is how often my appointments have been cancelled. I think this is my first appointment in 4-5 months bc they kept getting cancelled. I know the massage therapist is injured (and now I understand WHY) but they were constantly cancelled the day of or only a few days before.

Lower music playing in the massage room a tiny bit. When laying on your back place a towel or eye cover so that it’s dark. Dim the room lights a bit more. No tea bags in the reception area. Only given warm water.

I understand pricing of products and services will eventually go up. However, this membership price is starting to match up to most other competitors. The add ons on a massage are very high. I can understand a hot stone upgrade pricing but cbd oil at 30$ is outrageous. Because of Covid I’m no longer comfortable using the esthetician services. This is certainly making me look at alternatives that fit my budget and needs better.

I used my gift cards but not sure how the credits are applied.

Deep tissue massage used to be the same price as other massages. Now it is an add on. The membership price has been going up, and now I’m getting less for my money.

Costs too much, massage pressure is too hard, always upsold on services

Received a call that my appointment was cancelled the morning of my appointment and then rescheduled with another therapist and then cancelled again. It was a confusing and when I callled the place I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was not working. Finally some text me to confirm reservation and they changed my appointment time. When I arrived I was not able to get a facial with my massage.
