The staff’s customer service and care were excellent! I would’ve totally signed up for a membership if this establishment were closer to home. If hand & stone ever expands to the South Bay, I’m there!

Catherine at reception took the time after she checked me in to see if I was comfortable while I was waiting for my appt. Rex, my therapist, was sweet, listened and really took the time to learn my body!

The environment was very relaxing and calming. Staff were very welcoming made the visit very helpful. Definitely was a pleasure fist visit and will be coming back soon.

Dominique is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She asks about my needs and addresses them with such care and expertise. I always feel better after seeing her and have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. You have a very talented employee!
