It’s my first visit

I went there for relaxing. Quiet Quiet. the massage therapist was talking a lot about her personal life. Overall a good experience. She was a good masseuse just really overly chatty

The prices keep going up, and your not getting anything extra for what it is now costing.

Massage started 5 min. late, but staff told me she was running late so I was ok with it

I didn't appreciate driving out for my appointment just to realize my therapist was a no show after 20 min of waiting. I do appreciate that I got another appt scheduled and it was free of charge. Appreciate the solution.

My only issue is that the one hour time for the appt is inclusive of dressing time so it’s really closer to 50 minutes. I knew this going in, but still frustrating

She immediately began asking intrusive questions about how politically active i sm … at a MASSAGE??? Sooo much unsolicited feedback about my skin tupe and skin problems (on my bsck) at a MASSAGE ( wasn't a facial) and made horrible sighing sounds like she was reedy to be off work (it was late in the day) and unsolicited advice about the type of chiropractor i should see. Sll other H& S therapists are great

I did not feel the interview during the intake with the receptionist was necessary. I could have done without sharing about myself and rehashing my intake form. I did not enjoy that part at all. Plus the reception lobby got very busy and loud.

The facial was not memorable but not displeasing. I like memorable services.

The ambiance is business-like rather than spa- like. There is always a hard sell for the subscription.
