Hand and Stone

I am always upsold on services. Never do I walk out just paying the membership monthly rate. If I want anything else it cost a lot more and they always say you need the hot stone or the cbd which is much more expensive. Likewise, they day the need to see in 2-3 weeka which means I have to pay an additional $89 on top of my monthly service. The pressure of the massage is sometimes too hard. Not worth the cost to me.

The increase in cost made me reconsider my membership. Possibly consider less frequent membership or canceling.

A highly satisfying rating is really above and beyond.

Satisfied, for sure. Everything works well, but i would reserve “highly satisfied“ for a Spa-like experience. That would include additional amenities like a shower and intermediate lounge. I realize that’s not exactly the business model, and I am simply satisfied with being satisfied in this case.

Currently waiting for results to show up . But the facial session was great. after my facial, my skin was so soft and felt very light and clean. hoping for more results.

I love my massause. And the facility is nice. My points system is not as clear. It’s also getting more expensive.

My gift certificate was based on the price on website $129.95 but when I went to pay I was charged $189.95. I felt I was taken advantage of. I will not go back.

I did enjoy the service and agreed to become a monthly member. After investigating more however i decided to change spa location and find that I am not able to do this online.
