1-The receptionists make it feel like you are walking into their personal conversations. 2-The receptionist I spoke with on the phone gave me different info than the one I checked out with. 3-The membership program is so specific and makes me feel like the company is hoping I'll mess up so they get to keep my money and I don't get to use my credits.

It felt like an abrupt ending to what began as a very good start. I presume there was another guest waiting or coming soon for the masseuse. I think the ending should be just as important, if not more important than the beginning. Otherwise, she was great!

I was told the CBD would be helpful for my issues. It cost an extra $40, but I didn’t see any results. I also feel that since the reopening the esthetician has been trying to sell me more- extra services and products. I don’t like feeling pressured. The esthetician I used to see, before COVID, didn’t try to do that. I felt she was more focused on giving me a good facial, one geared towards my needs.

The price increase is disappointing. I find the suggested tip suggestions ludicrous. Are these people only working for tops.
