I wanted a lot more pressure due to muscles being very tight. Not sure the therapist understood me.

Overall my experience was pretty good. What I didn’t like about my experience there was the pushiness to sign up for the membership program. Especially after my message. It really killed the relaxed vibe for me.

I could tell massage therapist was new and not experienced yet. Requested focuse area needed more attention. Time frames for availability was limited for other therapists.

Not sure if the receptionist was having a bad morning, seems as if she needed a moment.

I felt pressured to add onto the basic massage without informing me of added cost until I asked. Way too much pressure to join/book next appt. which felt abrupt after a relaxing massage

The persistent effort to rebook and solicit future appointments left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm assuming staff are trained to rebook, and understand that its a key component of the business, but I felt a little annoyed by it. The price of a follow-up massage is ridiculous.

Twice I have had to wait 15-20 minutes past my appointment time for my service/massage. Although they called to let me know about one of the delays, it was too close to the appointment time to change plans.

I had booked in person, an 80 min. massage. I received an appointment reminder for a 1 hr. massage. When I called and left a message, no one returned my call. I called again and was told that my massage was for a 1 hr. massage not the 80 min. appt. that I had booked. I really needed the 80 min. massage so this was very disappointing

Appointment canceled by original therapist and had to try a different therapist using three finger message that hurt in certain places.

Survey asked for a reason why I was dissatisfied with the wait time but I picked neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.
